PRODUCT DETAILS

Deer Heart Solutions creates small-batch, hand-made blends of oils, essential oils, and other botanicals. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free and free of phthalates, phosphate, gluten, GMOs, parabens, sulphates.

We source our ingredients from a highly reputable company who has an unwaivering committment to quality assurance. Their facilities are certified Organic, Kosher, and Vegan. Their laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art gas chromatography to rigorously test the veracity of the purity and potency of the oils and natural botanical ingredients that source directly from producers around the world. Their many trade memberships include being an International Business member of NAHA (the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy), abiding by the NAHA Code of Ethics which accords priority to the welfare, safety, well-being of all clients and customers, as well as Global Shea Alliance (GSA), all thought leaders helping to drive policies and innovation that promote the safety, ethics, and sustainability of natural products and cosmetics.

Our products are hand-crafted in small-batches - your order will be created with love, specifically for you. Availability can be impacted due to high demand or shipment delays from our international suppliers. 

Product Details

SHIPPING

Because our products are hand-crafted in small batches, it can take 2-3 days to prepare your order. 

We ship via USPS. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and is added to your total at checkout (as well as any applicable taxes). We use USPS to ship to the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada (up to 3 weeks). If you need your order shipped via another carrier, please include a message in the note field at checkout. You will be charged for all costs above the rate charged at checkout if you request we use a different carrier.

Essential Oils are classified as Hazardous Goods when shipped by air. Orders containing a pure essential oil product (aromatherapy inhalers or Synergy Blends), must be shipped ground and your shipment may take longer to arrive. 

For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. A copy of your order will be emailed to you, which you can use in lieu of a packing slip.

REFUNDS &CANCELLATIONS 

CANCELLATIONS

We create our products in small batches specific to each order. We are happy to cancel or adjust your order if you contact us with a request to do so before the products have been made. There is generally a one day window where you may be able to adjust or cancel your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We are happy to refund or replace an item under most circumstances (see below). Refunds are for the cost of goods (less shipping charges and a nominal restocking fee). You must submit a refund request to info@deerheartsolutions.com within 20 days of the shipment date of your order. Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. 

 

We issue refunds or provide replacements in the following circumstances.

DAMAGED GOODS

Include your order number and photos of the damage. If the damage is such that it could have been prevented by the handler during shipping, you may be asked to go through USPS to seek reimbursement.

EXPIRED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

Include your order number and a description of the condition of the product or a photo of the item you received. We will send you a mailing label to return the item you received. Upon receipt, the replacement item will be sent at no additional cost to you. If you have opened or used the product, we will offer a partial refund based on the amount of the product remaining.

 

This condition does not apply in circumstances of not liking the product or the product not producing the results you wanted.

ALLERGIC REACTION

Your request must include your order number and a description of the use of the product and the reaction it caused. (This is so we can narrow the focus on testing and creating a new product to ensure product safety.) If your request is approved, we will send you a mailing label to return the item and you will receive a full refund.

This condition does not apply in circumstances of not liking the product or the product not producing the results you wanted.

ITEMS WE WON'T REFUND

We are unable to issue refunds for the following items or circumstances: 

  • Samples or Trial Sizes 

  • Aromatherapy Inhalers 

  • Roller Bottles

  • A change of mind

  • Custom Blends after you have given approval for the final blend.

You can test a product by purchasing a 5 ml trial size bottle, a trial size sampler, or requesting a 1 ml sample.

If there is any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a full refund, we do promise to work with you on finding a resolution that works for everyone. We want your experience to be a positive one.

If you return your item without first emailing your request, you will not be issued a replacement or refund and your original item will not be returned to you. 

SAFETY

For all Deer Heart Solution's products or any other product containing essential oils, please consult with your doctor prior to use if you are pregnant, have a chronic medical condition, or use prescription medication.

  • Spot test prior to use. Discontinue use if there is any adverse reaction. 

  • Use only the advised amount of any product. More is not always better.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • For external use only. Do not ingest.

  • Avoid applying these products near your eyes.

  • Discontinue use if there is a noticeable change in the color, texture, or aroma.

  • Please review the safety information specific to each product. While much of the information may be the same or similar for many of these products, each product includes safety information specific to its ingredients. 

STORAGE

The quality and effectiveness of natural ingredients may degrade over time if exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Exposure to moisture increases the risk of bacterial and fungal growth. Please keep your products out of direct sunlight and away from heat and moisture. Storing in a refrigerator may extend the life of your product, but bring the product to room temperature prior to use. Make sure the top is tightly closed before you store your bottle..
