PRODUCT DETAILS
Deer Heart Solutions creates small-batch, hand-made beauty products using oils, essential oils, botanical extracts, and other plant-based ingredients. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free and free of phthalates, phosphate, gluten, GMOs, parabens, sulphates.
We source our ingredients from a highly reputable company who has an unwavering commitment to quality assurance. Their facilities are certified Organic, Kosher, and Vegan. Their laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art gas chromatography to rigorously test the veracity of the purity and potency of the oils and natural botanical ingredients that source directly from producers around the world. Their many trade memberships include being an International Business member of NAHA (the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy), abiding by the NAHA Code of Ethics which accords priority to the welfare, safety, well-being of all clients and customers, as well as Global Shea Alliance (GSA), all thought leaders helping to drive policies and innovation that promote the safety, ethics, and sustainability of natural products and cosmetics.
WAIT LISTS
Our products are hand-crafted in small-batches - your order will be created with love, specifically for you. Availability can be impacted due to high demand or shipment delays from our international suppliers.
SHIPPING
Because our products are hand-crafted in small batches, it can take 2-3 days to prepare your order. We use USPS to ship to the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. For U.S. orders, shipping costs $4 for orders up to $30 and is free for orders of $30 or more. This price will be calculated and added to your order at check out.
In our efforts to find innovative solutions to decrease our environmental impact, we do not use plastic or paper packing material. Rather, your items are wrapped in hand-made organic cotton Turkish peshtamel face towels.
For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. A copy of your order will be emailed to you, which you can use in lieu of a packing slip.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS
We create our products in small batches specific to each order. We are happy to cancel or adjust your order if you contact us with a request to do so before the products have been made. There is generally a one day window where you may be able to adjust or cancel your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are happy to refund or replace an item under most circumstances (see below). You must submit a refund request to info@deerheartsolutions.com within 20 days of the shipment date of your order. Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your product arrived damaged, please include your order number and photos of the damage when you request a refund or replacement. If the damage is such that it could have been prevented by the handler during shipping, you may be asked to go through USPS to seek reimbursement.
EXPIRED OR WRONG ITEM
If your product is expired or if you were sent the wrong item, please Include in your email your order number, a description of the condition of the product, and a photo of the item you received. We will send you a mailing label to return the item you received and either a replacement item will be sent to you or you will be issued a refund for the amount paid.
ALLERGIC REACTION
Your request must include your order number and a description of the use of the product and the reaction it caused. If possible, please provide a photo. (This is so we can narrow the focus on testing and creating a new product to ensure product safety.) If your request is approved, we will send you a mailing label to return the item and you will receive a full refund.
This condition does not apply in circumstances of not liking the product or the product not producing the results you wanted.
NO REFUNDS
We are unable to issue refunds for the following items:

Samples or Trial Sizes

Products in roller bottles

Products in pouches (such as refills)

Custom Blends after you have given approval for the final blend.
We are unable to issue refunds because of a change in mind. We sell trial sizes of most products as an economical way to try a product.
If there is any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a full refund, we do promise to work with you on finding a resolution that works for everyone. We want your experience to be a positive one.
SAFETY
For all Deer Heart Solution's products or any other product containing essential oils, please consult with your doctor prior to use if you are pregnant, have a chronic medical condition, or use prescription medication. Please review the safety information specific to each product. While much of the information may be the same or similar for many of these products, each product includes safety information specific to its ingredients.

STORAGE
The quality and effectiveness of natural ingredients may degrade over time if exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Exposure to moisture increases the risk of bacterial and fungal growth. Please keep your products out of direct sunlight and away from heat and moisture. Storing in a refrigerator may extend the life of your product, but bring the product to room temperature prior to use. Make sure the top is tightly closed before you store your bottle..
